CheckMOTPro.co.uk provides a free vehicle information search tool aggregating public data from the UK Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA). This data includes MOT test records, recorded odometer histories, advisory and failure notices, and road tax due dates.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
While we strive for 100% accuracy, all vehicle records are provided "as is" and "as available". The information reflects recorded data submitted by MOT test centres and government agencies. CheckMOTPro.co.uk makes no warranty that records are completely error-free, uninterrupted, or up to the minute.
Users are strongly advised to perform a physical vehicle inspection and independent pre-purchase inspection before committing to buy any used motor vehicle. CheckMOTPro.co.uk shall not be liable for any mechanical defects, misrepresentations by vehicle sellers, or financial losses arising from reliance on the data.

5. Permitted & Prohibited Uses
The Service is intended for consumer, personal, and legitimate automotive checking purposes. Automated scraping, bulk denial of service requests, or unauthorized reverse engineering of the backend API is strictly prohibited.
